1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how GKNS Holdings Inc, doing business as Ravesties ("Ravesties", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit ravesties.com, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Notice at collection

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law — no Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or contents of your private communications.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. See section 12.
3. Information you give us
- When you place an order: name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number if provided, and payment details.
- When you create an account: email and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by Shopify; we never see them.
- When you sign up for marketing: email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- When you contact us: whatever you include in the message.
- When you leave a review: your name or display name, review text, rating, any photos you upload, and any attributes you select such as size or fit.
4. Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen size
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, exit pages
- Products viewed, searched for, and added to cart
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies
This is collected through cookies, pixels, tags and server logs. See section 5.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to work: cart contents, checkout, security, load balancing. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and where people drop off.
- Advertising cookies and pixels: used by advertising platforms to show you relevant ads and to measure whether ads worked. These are the ones involved in "sharing" under California law.
- Functional cookies: remember preferences such as recently viewed products.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser.
6. How we use your information
- To process and fulfil your order, take payment and arrange delivery
- To send transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping notices, return updates
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in, and to let you unsubscribe at any time
- To request and display product reviews
- To improve our products, site and service, including understanding which products and sizes people choose
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, card testing and security incidents
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To advertise our products, including on third-party platforms
7. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain information with the categories of recipient below.

We may also transfer your information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets. If that happens, we will tell you.
8. Selling and sharing for advertising - California disclosure
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, "sharing" includes disclosing personal information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising—showing you ads based on your activity across different sites.
We share the following categories for that purpose: identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, and inferences.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

9. Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share, and the categories of source and recipient
- Right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to delete personal information we hold, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we do not collect any
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising these rights.
If you live in another US state with a privacy law
Including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as those laws come into effect: you have broadly similar rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Where your state gives you a right to appeal a decision we make about your request, you may appeal by emailing support@ravesties.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
If you are in the UK, EU or elsewhere
We ship only within the United States, but if you access this site from outside the US you may have rights under your local law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us and we will handle your request in good faith.
10. How to exercise your rights, and how long we keep data
To make a request, email support@ravesties.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use the contact form. Tell us which right you want to exercise.
We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming you control the email address associated with your orders. For deletion requests we may ask for additional detail such as an order number. We do this to protect you — not to create friction.
We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need a further 45 days.
An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission from you; we may still contact you to confirm.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires:
- Order and transaction records: at least 7 years, for tax and accounting
- Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we don't email you again
- Analytics data: typically up to 26 months
- Contact form messages and support correspondence: up to 3 years
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove them
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. We never see or store your full card number.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Children's privacy
You must be 18 or over to purchase from this site.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@ravesties.com and we will delete it.
13. Third-party sites and social media
Our site links to third-party sites and social platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Their policies govern any information you give them.
If you tag us or engage with our social accounts, that platform's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
14. International visitors
This site is operated from the United States and we ship only within the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect — for example, a notice on the site or an email to subscribers.
