Size guide

Find your size

Most pasties come in one size. Ours come in three — and they all cost the same.

Measure your areola, not the cup

Measure the diameter of your areola—the pigmented area around the nipple—straight across at its widest point. Your cup size isn't relevant here. Two people with very different bust sizes can need the same pastie.

Shown to relative scale, not actual size
Circles are 60% of true size so all three fit one screen. The ratio between them is exact.

Every size is $12.

We don't charge more for a different size.
ON THE CUP BETWEEN SIZES?

Right on the line between two sizes? Size up.

Extra coverage is more forgiving than coming up short.

Left: sized down—almost no buffer space, and the edge is the first thing to lift. Right: sized up—clean buffer space all round, sits flat.

No tape measure?

Hold a US quarter against your areola. A quarter is 0.955 inches across—just under an inch. If the coin is clearly bigger, you're a Small. About the same, you're Small to Medium. Noticeably wider than the coin, size up to a large.

Coverage vs overall size

Same width, different coverage

A star and a circle of the same width don't cover the same area—the star has points, and the gaps between them are gaps. Solid shapes like hearts and circles give the most coverage. Pointed shapes are a graphic look first, but we ensure the coverage area for your areola is within our small, medium, or large ranges.
