1. Who we are

This website, ravesties.com, is operated by GKNS Holdings Inc, doing business as Ravesties ("Ravesties", "we", "us", "our"). We are incorporated in California and operate from California.

You can reach us at support@ravesties.com.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are under 18, you may only browse this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Using this site

You may use this site for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems
• Use automated systems, scrapers or bots to access the site, place orders, or collect data
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, including attempting fraudulent transactions
• Resell our products commercially without our written agreement

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone at any time, for any lawful reason.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance.

We may decline or cancel any order, including where:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• There is an error in the product description, image or price
• We suspect fraud, card testing, or an unauthorised transaction
• The order breaches these terms

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Every product is made to order by hand. Because each pair is cut individually, there may be minor variation between items. This is a characteristic of a handmade product, not a defect.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

We charge the same price for every size we offer. Small, Medium and Large cost the same.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed. We will tell you before doing so.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders over $50 ship free within the continental U.S. Shipping costs for all other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Products are cut to order, so please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to make and dispatch your order. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your delivery address is correct — we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

7. Returns and refunds

We operate a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Because of the intimate and single-use nature of these products, returned items must be unworn, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email support@ravesties.com. We will send you a return label. Return shipping is $7.50, deducted from your refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will put it right at our cost. Return shipping charges do not apply in that case.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

The following are not returnable: custom or personalised products, final sale items, sale items, and gift cards.

8. Product use and safety

Please read this section. It matters more than the rest.

Our products are adhesive nipple covers intended for external cosmetic use only.

• They are single use. Each pair is designed to be worn once. Re-wearing significantly reduces adhesion and increases the risk of skin irritation.
• External use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned, inflamed or recently shaved skin, or over cuts, wounds, moles, or areas of skin that are healing.
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation, redness, itching, discomfort or any adverse reaction, and seek medical advice if it persists.
• If you have sensitive skin, a known adhesive allergy, or a history of contact dermatitis, patch-test on a small area of skin before wearing.
• Our adhesive is latex-free. If you have a known allergy to acrylic adhesives or any component of the product, do not use it.
• These products are not a medical device. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they are not intended for use on surgical sites, wounds, or during breastfeeding.
• Do not use while sleeping.

You use these products at your own risk. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood this section.

9. Product descriptions and accuracy

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, including sizes, colours and materials. However:

• Colors vary between screens. Holographic, iridescent and metallic finishes in particular may look different in person than on your device.
• Measurements are approximate. Because products are cut by hand, dimensions may vary slightly.
• Size guidance is provided to help you choose. It is guidance, not a guarantee of fit for every body.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under section 7.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, product shapes, photographs, text, graphics, logos and the Ravesties name — is owned by GKNS Holdings Inc or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content or product designs without our written permission.

If you tag us or submit photos: by posting content publicly that tags or mentions Ravesties, or by sending us photos or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing, on our website and on our social channels, with attribution to your handle where practical. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing support@ravesties.com.

11. Third-party services and links

This site uses third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, review platforms and analytics providers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GKNS Holdings Inc, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your order will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GKNS Holdings Inc from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Disputes — arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@ravesties.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most problems are solved this way.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Ravesties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Orange, California, or by videoconference or telephone at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and Ravesties agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, if it qualifies.

Injunctive relief carve-out. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@ravesties.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of your first purchase, including your name and order number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section will be void, and disputes will proceed in the courts identified in section 16.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Subject to section 15, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.

Changes are not retroactive — the terms that applied when you placed your order continue to govern that order. Continuing to use the site after we publish changes means you accept the updated terms.

18. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier failures, supply shortages, or government action.
